Our shipping days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays.  Any order received after 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday will not be shipped until the following Tuesday.

By shipping only on these days we are better able to ensure that the quality of our products meet our high standards when they reach your door. We ship via UPS for delivery in 1 to 2 business days (depending on desitination) anywhere in the 48 connecting states. UPS 2nd day ground shipping is available to the following states: MO, KS, OK, CO, AR, LA, MS, AL, TN, KY, IL, IN, OH, WI, IA, MN, SD, ND, NE and certain parts of WY, TX, MI, GA and FL. All other locations will require 2nd day air shipping to ensure they arrive within 2 business days.

We make our bratwurst fresh everyday and we want you to experience the fresh flavor of the product we produce. However, we also want to safeguard our product during shipping. In shipping the product, we can lose control of climate or temperature changes. Before we ship anything we will chill it to the point of freezing to ensure it arrives at a desired, safe temperature. Our bratwurst are excellent quality products and you can freeze any of our products for future use. We do recommend that you use frozen product within 35 days of receipt. Fresh product should be used or frozen within 5 days of receipt for the best flavor.
Some people like to boil bratwurst or soak them in beer before grilling. This is fine, but not needed. Our brats are best when taken straight to the grill.
