- How spicy/hot is the jalapeno bratwurst?
Our goal is for you to be able to enjoy the flavor of jalapeno without regretting it the next morning. In other words, great taste, mild flavor.

- What kind of beef do you carry?
Thank you, great question. All our beef is midwest grown and corn fed. All is USDA Choice beef aged a minimum of 21 days. Our beef is super trimmed, has no tails and a minimum of fat cover.

- Does your Italian sausage contain any dairy products or fennel?
Yes. The flavor profile we desire demands both fennel and a dairy product.

- Can we get bone-in steaks or roasts?
Sorry, all our products are boneless outside of smoked pork chops, which we hand cut with a hand saw.

- Do you carry fresh poultry?
Yes. We are very proud of our poultry supplier. Wayne Farms processes all their products by hand.

- How many bratwusrt would I get in a pound?
Because all our bratwurst are hand stuffed, twisted and cut by hand they are very random. However, there are always at least four brats in a pound.

- What kind of meat is in the bratwurst?
We use only government inspected fresh pork shoulder butts and boneless pork loins.

- Are your bratwurst shipped fresh?
Our bratwurst are made fresh daily. We do, however, chill to the point of freezing our bratwurst that are to be shipped in order to ensure that you receive a superb quality product. In addition, we use ice packs in shipping, which can keep the temperature in the shipping container at freezing.
